It is a 10 min. drama/experimental about Isabella who struggles when shadowy memories comes back to haunt her after having given birth to her first child. Luana Di Pasquale explores themes of childhood and repressed memories in a dark set Milanese hospital. Will Isabella accept her past and move on? It is Luana Di Pasquale’s graduation short film as a writer/director and producer as this film was shot in Italy, starring Lauretta Lewis, Daniel Ducruet and Lucrezia Leveque. Interference was shown at the NFT in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and at the ICA (UNCUT session) where she held a Q & A. It was also showcased also at the Portobello Film Festival 09.

It was selected and displayed at the ‘Learning to Love You More" Exhibition curated by award-winning film director Miranda July, artists Harrel Fletcher and Nicky Peacock in Middlesborough, UK. It was screened at Portobello Film Festival 09 and selected at the 4docs (Channel4 website) and its Editor commented:‘It works as a snatched conversation; it could not be more compelling’. THE HEART TREMBLES (2010)
This pilot is an extract from Memorandum la terra trema,a documentary about Luchino Visconti’s masterpiece The Earth Trembles which captures the memories of its protagonists. Memorandum La Terra Trema was selected and presented at the International Film Festival Cinemadamare 2010. This is the last 45-minute episode of the Love Talk series which Luana Di Pasquale produced and directed. She was also responsible for the re-branding and re-formatting the show.
